Breast and Genital Flogger

I was asked where one could find and inexpensive yet usable small flogger to use on nipples and genitals.  The best answer I could come up with was Wall Mart, for a few dollars and about 20 minutes it is easy to construct just the thing.

First you will need a few tools: Scissors, a ruler and some glue.

Next: nylon twin ($2.13 in tool area) and athletic tape ($1.74 near pharmacy) and an old bic pen for handle.

Pull the ink cartridge from the pen and attach 4 or 5 inches of tape to each end.

Then cut a 12 inch piece of twine and put a knot at each end to keep from unraveling, then lay it on the tape next to the pen body.

Continue to add twine “tales” next to each other.

When you have 36 or so tails, put a strip of tape between the two on the pen, on top of the tales, then put a line of glue across the row of tails on each piece of tape.

Before the glue dries roll the tape around the pen body.

Then put another layer or two of tape around the handle for looks and comfort.

You now have a personal little flogger, perfect for those sensitive little nasty places and didn’t cost an arm and leg.
